Smaller competitions are also conducted on specific request of the Corporates or Management Institutes or Local Management Associations.

The Business Simulation Exercise is conducted as In-House Training Program for both Corporate Managers/Executives & B-School Students. As a business challenge, management games are conducted within organisations or institutes as a learning tool. Normally this exercise is conducted over two days of 7-8 hours hours each, including a briefing session of 2 hours.


Corporate Management Games (CMG) / In-house Corporate Games

In-House Training Program for Corporate: This is meant for the benefit of corporate managers/executives to enhance their business acumen and decision making skills under pressure situations. AIMA has conducted the Games for over 15,000 participants in 300 corporates across the country during the last ten years. Some of the most recent beneficiaries of the Games are :

Management Institute Games / In-house Bschool Games

In-House Training Programs or Management Institute Games (MIG) are for the benefit of students of management institutes. This exercise gives them the chance to implement the Management concepts learnt in their class rooms. In short, it can be defined as complete 2 year MBA programme compressed in 2 days.
