What kind of papers does AIMA Journal
for Management & Research (AJMR) publish? |

AJMR aims to publish research papers in all the
areas of management mainly in Marketing, Finance, International Business,
Human Resources, Technology etc. Will also accept papers in applied
areas of management. |

Do you publish articles on management which do not
qualify as research papers? |
| |
Aim of the journal is to publish research articles
/ papers to encourage the upcoming researchers and academicians |

Are you open to qualitative method? |
| |
Yes, we encourage papers where mathematical models
are used for analysis and conclusions. |

| Submission |
|
Is it possible to submit the same article to AJMR
and another Journal simultaneously? |
| |
No. You have to give an undertaking that the article
submitted by you is not published or submitted for publication in
any other journal. The article not accepted by AJMR can be published
in any other journal. The intimation for non-acceptance of article
will reach you within 90 days of the submission of article to AJMR. |

OR you can send a soft copy (in CD) along with hardcopy to The Managing
Editor (AJMR), Centre for Management Education, 14, Institutional
Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003. |

| Reviewing |

How does the review process work? |
| |
The review of articles is done through a blind peer
review. All the articles received by us are send to Review Committee
after deleting the name of the author to have an unbiased opinion
about the research. |

How do you choose the reviewers? |
| |
Eminent academicians are on the editorial and advisory
board of AJMR along with that we have a panel of renowned academicians
and industry professionals to review the research articles. |

How long do reviews usually take? |
| |
Minimum time for review of any article is three
months or ninety days. |
| |
|
| Publication |
|
How long does it take for an accepted paper to be
actually published? |
| |
The theme for every quarter is displayed four months
prior to the publishing of the issue. It takes minimum one month for
an accepted article to be published. If the accepted article does
not come under the theme of that quarter, the time taken to publish
the article would be longer. |

Do you have paper copies of Journal? |
| |
No. This journal is an online journal. The articles
can be downloaded. |

Is some compensation paid to authors? |
| |
Yes. The author for every accepted article will
be paid an honorarium of Rs.3,000/-. |

| Subscription |
|
Is the Journal published at regular intervals? |
| |
The journal is published every quarter i.e. four
journals a year. |
| |

|
What is the subscription fees? |
| |
There is no subscription fee for this quarter. |

Can one download the articles from the site? If
yes, are some charges payable. |
| |
Yes. You can download the articles from the website
by using Acrobat Reader. For this inaugural issue, all the articles
can be downloaded free. |
