Convocation 2010

The 15th Convocation of AIMA-CME is scheduled on 7th August 2010 at New Delhi.  Diploma/Certificates of PGDM, PGDITM and PGCM programs will be awarded to the students who have successfully completed their respective programmes as per AIMA policy.

Venue

Stein Auditorium, Habitat World
India Habitat Centre (Entry from Gate No.-3),
Lodhi Road , New Delhi 110 003

Reporting Time for Registration

1100 to 1300 hours at the Venue as given above
(Please note, no registration will be done after 1300  hrs)

Programme for the Convocation will start at 3.00 pm and will get over by 5.15 pm followed by High Tea.


All the awardees whose name appear in the tentative list (link  of the awardees’ list is given below) are invited to attend the convocation. Please send your Consent to attend the convocation in person. In case, you are unable to attend the convocation in person then send your  request for dispatch of the Diploma/Certificate through Speed Post.

Consent/Regret to attend the convocation should be sent through email at kiran@aima-ind.org in the prescribed format (as per the link given below).

Criteria for the award of Gold Medals:
  1. The student has completed the courses within the stipulated time given below without any repetition in any examination / assignments and Project work:
    1. PGDM & PGDITM (Three Years)
    2. PGCM(One Year)
  2. Secured highest CGPA.
  3. The number of students enrolled in the programme in that session must be 30 or more.

PGDM/PGDITM Awardees: Convocation 2010

The tentative list of awardees for PGDM and PGDITM has been prepared as per the following criteria :

  1. Student should have completed minimum three years since the date of joining the programme.  Standard date of joining January and July session of a year are 1st January and 1st July respectively. 
  2. The student should have cleared all subjects’ Assignments, Examinations and the Project work.
  3. Project report submitted by 15th May 2010 has been considered for the students who have completed all assignments and examinations of all the subjects as per the result of December 2009 examinations. 
  4. Minimum Modular Grade Point Average (MGPA) for each of four modules and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) should be 2.67 or above. 
  5. All applicable fees have been paid.
If any PGDM / PGDITM student who fulfills the above mentioned criteria but does not find his / her name / registration no. in the list should inform the same before 20th July 2010 at kiran@aima-ind.org .


Post Graduate Certificate in Management Programmes / Professional Diploma Programmes: Convocation 2010

The tentative list of awardees for Post Graduate Certificate in Management (PGCM) has been prepared as per the following criteria:

  1. Student should have completed minimum one year since the date of joining the programme.  Standard date of joining January and July session of a year are 1st January and 1st July respectively. 
  2. The student should have cleared both modules’ subjects’ Assignments, Examinations and the Project work.
  3. Project report submitted by 15th May 2010 has been considered for the students who have completed assignments and examinations of all the subjects as per the result of December 2009 examinations. 
  4. Minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) should be 2.67 or above. 
  5. All applicable fees have been paid.
If any PGCM student who fulfills the above mentioned criteria but does not find his / her  name / registration no. in the list should inform the same before 20th July 2010 at kiran@aima-ind.org.
