Well-focused Management Development Programmes and Executive Development
Programmes are offered by AIMA under the aegis of the Centre for
Management Development (CMD) for practicing managers to provide
them with new knowledge and to equip them with the best management
practices and techniques available anywhere in the world.
AIMA’s programmes are aimed at global and national developments
and are relevant for application in India. Several short duration
programmes (2-5 days) on topical themes are held during the year
for different levels of managers including CEOs.
Directors' Profile :
Mr. Kamal Singh
 Mr.
Kamal Singh has B.A. PGDPM, DOP English, JNU. He has worked earlier
in Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi YMCA prior to joining
AIMA.
Mr. Singh is currently Director-CMD, which is one of the Key Centre
for AIMA- an Apex body for Management Profession in the country.
He is currently responsible for National Events, which includes
Awards, Competitions, Forums Conventions Management Development
Programmes, both Open and In-company Programmes, Research &
Publications and Management Simulations.
During his stint in AIMA, he has handled a variety of assignments
including launching many new initiatives. Some of the key areas
handled by him were Management Education, AIMATS, Membership Services,
LMA’s Relations, Personnel & Administration, Publications
& Industry Academic Interface.
Besides his work, he takes keen interest in Writing, Music and
meeting people.
