Involving the opinion leaders to support the chosen cause of
public service
Capability to influence the business community and general citizens
for supporting the cause through voluntary contribution of efforts
and finance
Creating awareness amongst general public (user group) and involving
them in the task of actually supervising the work and motivating workers
as well as other members of the public
