Role & Responsibilities of Study Centres to Students
Study Centres play an important role in the effective delivery of AIMA programmes to its students. A Study Centre is the interface between students and AIMA. AIMA students should understand the role and responsibilities of Study Centres to make the most of the services offered as per AIMA guidelines.

The programme fee for each programme of AIMA ( For example, Rs 19,000/- per module for PGDM) includes the following

1. Study Material and Student I-card from AIMA.
2. Personal Contact Programmes (PCPs)/Classes : 22.5 Hrs per subject in case of PGDM and PGCM and 30 Hrs per subject for PGDITM.
3. Assignments Fee
4. Examination Fee
5. Project Work Evaluation: Applicable in Final module
6. Modular/Programme Certification Fee

Following are the major responsibilities of Study Centres to AIMA Students:

1. Identity Card and Study Material for students are sent to their respective study centres by AIMA. Students are required to collect their I-Card and Study Material from the study center without paying any extra fee.
2. Class Schedule and Conduct of Classes as per AIMA Guidelines.
3. Evaluation of Assignments : Students should submit their assignments to their respective study centres for the subjects of current module.
4. Evaluation and Grading students for Class Participation : For the students of PGDM and PGDITM programmes.
5. Receipt of Term End Examination Form from Students and Dispatch to AIMA after the required check by the due date
6. Receipt of Progression Form and Fee from Students and Dispatch to AIMA after the required check by the due date. Students should pay the fee through demand draft in favour of “All India Management Association” payable at AIMA.
