Innovate, Restructure, Reorganize: Challenges for India Inc. : In order to build and sustain competitive advantage, companies need to continuously innovate; un-learn; learn; restructure; and improve their core and support processes. It is not just sufficient to manage current processes; but go beyond the existing model and framework to question and reassess how value is created and delivered.

With changing external dynamics; ever evolving expectations of stakeholders; and varying economic cycles; companies need to be flexible to constantly reinvent their products, processes, and human resources. They need to imbibe a culture of change.

The National Competition for Young Managers this year will focus on:

How can organize build a culture that is flexible and dynamic enough to respond to ever evolving market needs?

How do they restructure and reorganize so as to create greater value? What are the various aspects of restructuring on organization? How is this best managed?
