AIMA organises seminar to shape young minds

Ganna Sansthan auditorium on Wednesday remained abuzz with excitement. More than 500 students from B-schools and city colleges interacted with stalwarts of various fields in a seminar organized by the All India Management Association (AIMA).
The achievers shared their experiences and journey and the youths shot questions that caused uncertainty in their minds.
Director General of AIMA, Rekha Sethi said, "This programme aims at helping the youths in finding common ground between managing self and choosing a career. The students will get a chance to review their awareness levels on core-management issues as well as on the latest development in management concepts and practice," said Sethi. President of Lucknow Mangement Association G Patnaik said the aim was to provide the youths with a platform to interact with people who have practical experience in the field.
The achievers, who interacted with the youngsters, include were Founder and CEO SOIL Anil Sachdev, Former Director General CII, Vice Chancellor UP Technical University Kripa Shankar, CEO Panacea Biotech Narayan Goel and actor Parikshit Sahni.
In the first session with Anil Sachdeva, the CEO gave students golden tips regarding the necessity of emotional intelligence. “It is very necessary to test emotional intelliegence for any examination," said Sachdeva. The CEO added that it was very necessary to have a purpose in life." If you want to be happy for an hour take a nap, for a month get married, for an year win a lottery and for a lifetime make others happy," said Sachdeva. He emphasised that it was necessary to follow, ethics and stay free from all kinds of fear.
